French Fries are Good For You! But Only if You Make Them Yourself

According to a groundbreaking new study out of Italy, FRENCH FRIES ARE GOOD FOR YOU.  But not frozen fries that contain preservatives and are stripped of nutrients, like the ones at fast food places.  If you fry fresh potatoes yourself, they only absorb about 5% of the oil they’re fried in, and they hold on to their nutrients.
