Five Things to Know About Superstorm Sandy

Hurricane Sandy was downgraded from a hurricane yesterday around 7:00 P.M. Eastern . . . made landfall about an hour later in southern New Jersey . . . and slammed into the whole Mid-Atlantic and Northeast region with hurricane force winds and torrential rain last night.  13 people were killed . . . over five million lost power from Virginia to Maine . . . and the storm surge created massive flooding.Image
