MARTINA MCBRIDE SHARES HEALTHY LIVING TIPS!

Who knew MARTINA MCBRIDE had buns of steel?  Shape magazine asked Martina to share her fitness routine, and it’s brutal.  She said, quote, “I do yoga, lunges, crunches, things like that for 40 minutes twice a week.  For cardio I usually do the elliptical, treadmill, or walking.  A couple of times a week, I do cardio and weight training.”Image
